Facing the coming New Year, we have the following plans for the production of
Hydraulic Winches,
Industrial Winches,
Hydraulic 4wd Winches,
Offroad Winches,
Recovery Winches, and Winch Accessories.
Summarize and improve the existing economic accounting and assessment methods for the Industrial Winches workshop, and extend these optimized methods to the production lines of Hydraulic Winches and Recovery Winches. The goal is to increase the labor productivity of all these product lines by 3% every year and strive to reduce the material consumption rate for Hydraulic 4Wd Winches, Offroad Winches, and even Winch Accessories by 5% every year.
Implement the "boutique" project covering all winch types. Promote "intelligent" manufacturing in the production of Industrial Winches, Hydraulic Winches, and their supporting Winch Accessories. Continuously improve the "6S" management to enhance the workshop production environment for Offroad Winches and Hydraulic 4Wd Winches. Strengthen quality control and process record inspection for Recovery Winches and all other products. Adhere to regular staff training to improve the technical quality and quality awareness of front-line workers involved in the production of all winch types.
Innovate management methods and improve management level. Make full use of all software systems, explore the application of production management informatization in the scheduling of Hydraulic Winches, Industrial Winches, and other product lines. Constantly optimize the production plan and material control scheme for Hydraulic 4Wd Winches, Offroad Winches, and Winch Accessories, and improve overall production management efficiency.
Input new equipment. Improve the test equipment of 50 ton winch, which is crucial for the testing of large-tonnage Industrial Winches and Hydraulic Winches. Invest in the processing equipment of large tonnage winch suitable for manufacturing heavy-duty Recovery Winches and intelligent manufacturing software equipment that can optimize the production of Hydraulic 4Wd Winches, Offroad Winches, and Winch Accessories, laying a solid foundation for efficient and high-quality production in the New Year.
